Notice is hereby given that the verification of testimonials of Degree 1st Yr. students (Both Program & Honours Course) [2020-21] for the confirmation of their admission will be held as follows:

# Documents required at the time of verification:

1. Printed copy of duly filled in application form.
2. H.S. or equivalent Exam. Maksheet (one Xerox copy self attested)
3. M.P. Admit Card or Age Prof Certificate (one Xerox copy self attested)
4. SC/ST/OBC Certificate (one Xerox copy self attested copy)
5. One coloured Passport Size Photograph for Identity Card
6. PH Certificate (one Xerox copy self attested)

**** ORIGINAL COPIES OF THE ABOVE DOCUMENTS WILL HAVE TO BE PRODUCED  AT THE TIME OF VERIFICATION ****

​N.B.

1. If any candidate already admitted in another college, he/she must submit the admission cancellation/release certificate from that very college.
2. In case if any discrepancy found during the verification the candidature of the concerned candidate will be cancelled and admission fee will be forfeited.
3. If any candidate can not produce original Caste Certificate, he/she may produce the said certificate from the authority not below rank of Prodha
